Who is PROTEQU and Why we created it
The team
We are a great team of professional developers, having extensive experience in the development of the open integration SW solutions for physical security industry. Also we posses considerable business experience in promoting, advising and assisting our partners to propose integrated solutions to their valuable customers. We are senior but mentally young individuals, always approaching our job positively and constructively. Our prime goal are happy customers and good feeling when we look back, evaluating our work.

The main issue
of physical security
The physical security systems industry has one major flaw. Every security device or system is equipped by its own SW application, made by its manufacturer. These native applications only manage one single device or system, so customers with multiple systems installed at their buildings are enforced to operate simultaneously various native applications. These native applications naturally do not communicate or share information one to another, because each of them uses its own different, proprietary protocol. So the practical operation of security systems is performed at several individual PCs and monitors. This is truly demanding task for any security operator anywhere in the world. The issues are obvious. Scattered monitoring, control and reporting, need to operate and update several SW apps, several DB, enrolling or deleting one person from many different applications and panels, no interoperability between applied systems and so much more.

Our task is to remove the above pains for many customers, to give them a single open integration SW, capable of managing and monitoring all their security systems under one SW umbrella.
Yes, ALL of them, regardless what brand of security systems the customers select for their buildings. For every professional in security industry, that sounds like a sci-fi, like not realistic dream. Not for us though. We have picked this challenge with enthusiasm and developed universal, eternal solution, which simplifies the day to day security operation of our customers.
